Guide to Custom Made Pieces and to Order Your Right Size

It is very important that when you make your purchase, you have your exact measurements, because you will avoid unnecessary expenses and waste of time in return.  D. Schafer is to serve you, and your accurate measurements will be extremely important, since necessary changes will be made before your shipment to save you problems when you receive your goods.

 

Bust
Measure around the largest part of your bust.

Waist
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist.

Hips
High Hip
Stand with your feet together, measure around the height of your hip bone.
Low Hip
Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of the hips (usually it is around the top of the legs).

Shoulder Width
Straight, ask to measure, between the bones of your shoulders.

Sleeve Length
If long sleeves, ask somebody  to measure, with your arm leaning on y your belly, the shoulder bone to bone in your wrist.
If 3/4 sleeve, ask somebody to measure,  always with your arm on your belly, the shoulder bone in the middle of your forearm.

Long Trousers
For long pants, ask to measure down to the ground, as shown in Figure 4 and  also measure your waist to the floor as in Figure 3.

Skirt Length
Ask to measure, as in Figure 3, from your waist to where you want the length of your skirt.

Back Length
It is very important for the well-fitting garment to the body. Ask to measure your vertebra more pronounced in the area of ​​your neck to your waist and down your arm around your waist.
